Return and Exchange

I. For Non-Quality Issues (Buyer's Remorse/No Longer Wanted)

A. Within 30 Days of Receipt (Return and Exchange)

We offer a 30-Day No-Reason Return/Exchange Policy. If you simply do not like the item, you are free to return it.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the two-way shipping costs.

    1. The buyer must pay for the return shipping to our designated warehouse.

    2. An outbound shipping fee of $20-$30 (depending on item weight) will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost of the parcel we sent.

  • International Orders: For international orders, buyers are responsible for arranging the return shipment. We have several global warehouses available to receive returns for the buyer's convenience.

B. Beyond 30 Days of Receipt (Exchange Only)

If there is no quality problem or error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), exchanges requested after 30 days will require the buyer to cover both shipping costs:

  • The cost to ship the original item back to us.

  • A reshipment fee of approximately US$20-$30 for us to send the replacement item.

II. For Quality Issues or Errors Caused By Us

If the issue is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item):

  • We will resend the item or issue a full refund once we receive valid photo evidence of the fault.

    2. The SKU of the product(s) to be returned or exchanged.

    3. Photo evidence demonstrating the fault (for quality issues only).
