Customs, Duties & Clearance
- Buyer’s Responsibility: International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes (VAT/GST), and import regulations. The buyer is fully responsible for customs clearance and paying any applicable local fees.
- Failed Deliveries & Abandonment: If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs due to the buyer's lack of cooperation (e.g., unpaid duties, incorrect contact info, or failure to provide required documentation), the original free shipping promotion becomes void. In such cases, the cost of original shipping and any return freight charges incurred will be deducted from any potential refund.
