Last September 19 I sent an email requesting for a replacement for the key ring or key holder for Zephyr Grande (Core Product ID 33333BCKAW) in Brown, Order #5625, ordered on September 7, 2026.
I haven’t used the bag yet, but I noticed that the leather key holder/key leash is broken. Attached photos for reference. Up to this date (Sep 27), I have not received any response.

For some reason, we received the photos you sent but did not receive the accompanying message clearly, so your replacement request was unfortunately missed.

I don't think the picture gives it justice! The slouch is to die for. And it fits my 13" macbook! Roomy and lovely bag.
Love size, the slouch, the off white colour, and the fact that the handles are attached to the bag and not the flap which makes it easier to open and access!
When I ordered it, it was shipped to me from a Nordstrom store, I think the brand didn't it have, however Nordstrom sent me the wrong size so I emailed Bob Ore themselves and in less than 48hrs, they got back to me with the shipping label for the return, already arranged a shipment for me with the correct size and I couldn't be any happier, EXCELLENT costumer service, they made up for Nordstrom mistake, great quality bag, I have it in black and now in brown and yes I DEFINITELY recommend it, they made it such a breeze experience 😀
Beautiful, thick leather. Falls beautifully on the shoulder, and the two internal pockets are very useful. Plenty of room inside, and the drop ‘charm’ is a nice touch. One point removed due to the substantial colour difference. The website images display an off white, cool toned colour (on many different devices). The colour received is a sandy oat colour and very warm toned. Not a dealbreaker, but disappointing nonetheless.
I ordered the bag from Italy and it took 13 working days to arrive, since it was shipped from China. It feels and looks very high quality, the leather is super soft and it doesn’t weigh too much on the shoulder, which is an important feature to me. I chose the brown shade and I find it very elegant. It perfectly fits a 13” macbook, all my essentials and more, having 3 internal pockets. My only concern is that the bag doesn’t close very tight, leaving the sides looser, especially when full.
The bag is buttery soft and just so easy to take everywhere. I even used it to transport my laptop for some meetings. I wouldn’t recommend that as a permanent solution but it worked great for my travel.
The bag is fine - nothing particularly special. Doesn’t smell at all of leather, although very soft. Do I recommend? Meh - it will hold a lot and provides that slouchy look everyone seems to like, but it isn’t the rich, deep, chocolate-like brown I was hoping for, nor is it anything unique. For the price point it’s a decent bag.
