For Daily Care, gently wipe surfaces with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth (distilled water recommended). Avoid harsh rubbing or submerging the bag in water.  

Store in the provided breathable dust bag, away from direct sunlight or heat. Stuff the bag with acid-free tissue to retain its shape. Keep in a cool, dry area to prevent mold or discoloration.

We offer FREE standard shipping WORLDWIDE. 

Currently, we do not provide a faster shipping option, as our standard shipping is quick and generally meets the needs typically served by express shipping. Please find our full Shipping Policy here.

Returns

We provide "30 Days No Reason Return/ 30 Days No Reason Exchange". 

That is, if you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this 
condition, buyer bear 2 ways shipping when returning to our address, 
which means buyer have to pay the return shipping, and deduct $20-30 
(depends on the item weight) from refund as shipping cost of our sent parcel. 

For international orders, buyers need to ship the parcel by themselves, we have several warehouses globally to receive the returns and for buyers option.

Items may be exchanged beyond 30 days if maintained in original, unworn/unused condition with tags attached.
